Working From Home with Your Spouse
Recently, we shared a photo of our Senior Logistics Specialist Tracy Gresham working remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, and how surrounding ourselves with photos of loved ones can help the long days pass a bit quicker. Tracy handles a good deal of our construction business, specifically Brick.
Senior Logistics Specialist works on securing flatbed loads for customers
Since then, Senior Logistics Specialist Sean Gresham has joined her at the home office. We asked them to share their thoughts on many the years of working together, but now what it’s like to work together under quarantine. Sean manages our Specialized or Over-dimensional Business.
Tracy: "We have been working together for 12 years, not always roses but manageable. The last few weeks of sharing this dining room table is a different story!! If people could listen in to what goes on between these 2 wooden chairs, they would tell us to seek therapy, LOL. But at the end of the day, we are taking care of our Customers and our Carriers and that’s all that matters."
Sean adds, "And to piggyback on this, I have learned so much from Tracy. She is an absolute MONSTER when it comes to this job! And at the end of the day like, she said we get it done."
They're our own Dynamic Duo and we're grateful to have them anchoring the team.
